VJC released it 9M 2019 results with revenue increasing 12% YoY to VND38tn/USD1.6bn (completing 67% of our 2019F) and NPAT-MI up 0.5% YoY to VND3.7tn/USD159mn (completing 61% of our 2019F). In Q3 2019, VJC’s revenue was up 7% YoY to VND14tn/USD601mn while its NPAT-MI inched up 1% YoY to VND1.7tn/USD73mn. We mainly attribute the Q3 2019 growth in VJC’s top line to a 29% jump in ancillary revenue derived from the airline’s continued international expansion.
