VHM - Ocean Park - The Empire mega project to launch on April 30

VHM announced Q1 2022 results with net revenue of VND8.9tn (USD387mn; -31% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND4.5tn (USD197mn; -16% YoY). These revenue and NPAT-MI results are equivalent to 9% and 13% of our respective full-year forecasts. However, we foresee insignificant changes to our forecasts for VHM as stated in our last Update Report, dated February 22, 2022, pending a fuller review
