The VN-Index posted a slight gain of four tenths of a percent on Thursday. Trading volume was just USD113.7mn, well below the one-month average of USD197.2mn. VIC (+2.9%) and VHM (+1.1%) were the top two positive contributors, rebounding from yesterday’s losses. On the other hand, VIC subsidiary VRE (-0.6%) fell after posting a 1.2% gain yesterday. Oil & gas stocks GAS (-0.2%), PLX (-0.3%), PVD (-2.8%), PVS (-1.7%) and PVT (-0.6%) fell.
