The VN-Index fell for the first time in five sessions, closing down four tenths of a percent on Wednesday. A handful of large-cap tickers fell moderately to drag the market lower, led by VHM (-1.5%), VNM (-0.8%), CTG (-1.7%) and MWG (-2.7%). GAS (+1.1%) and PVS (+3.5%) rose on news PetroVietnam signed new gas purchase and sales agreements (see our note above for more details).
