Market wrap: Stocks jump on GAS, banks, Moody's upgrade. The VN-Index rose one percent on Monday, extending a 9.5% surge over the last month despite a global stock pullback triggered by Turkey’s economic crisis. GAS (+4.4%) hit its highest level since late May after soaring 24% over the last two and a half weeks. The company said today that its plans to pay an interim cash dividend later this month (see our note above for more details).
