The VN-Index fell slightly for a second day on Thursday, edging lower by a tenth of a percent as investors took profits in bank shares that have rallied sharply so far this year. Banks cooled off, led lower by VCB (-1.4%), BID (-2.2%), CTG (-1.5%), STB (-
