The VN-Index inched higher, closing up less than a tenth of a percent for a fourth consecutive day of gains. PVT (+6.6%) jumped to a 10-year high of VND20,150 and has advanced 40% YoY. We raised our recommendation for PVT to BUY on February 26 with a targ
