VCSC Daily - Stocks fall to close week, led by VHM, VRE - Trade surplus

On Friday, the VN-Index slumped in afternoon trading to close down by two tenths of a percent, snapping a streak of two straight positive sessions. Nevertheless, the index gained three tenths of a percent on the week, which was its first positive week in four. VHM (-2.3%) and VRE (-3.4%) were the top two contributors to the day’s loss, respectively. Meanwhile, parent company VIC went unchanged. HPG (-1.6%) has dropped 2.5% since reaching a 27-week high on Monday. NVL (-1.8%)
