After opening the week down sharply, the VN-Index rallied for a second day on Wednesday, advancing 0.6% CII (+4.2%) surged today after announcing it signed an MOU with Hongkong Land to jointly develop CII’s land lots (3.5 ha) in HCMC's Thu Thiem ward with
