Moody’s lifts Vietnam’s ratings outlook to positive. Today (April 28), Moody’s affirmed Vietnam’s B1 rating and changed the outlook to positive from stable. The agency also raised Vietnam’s local currency bond and deposit ceilings to Baa3 (investment grad
