The VN-Index fell by three tenths of a percent on Thursday as global investor sentiment deteriorated after the US Federal Reserve expressed concern over the future of the economy due to the negative impact of COVID-19. Trading turnover on HOSE was strong at USD284.7mn. GAS (-1.5%), which has dropped in four out of the last five sessions, was the leading contributor to the day’s decline. In addition, petroleum distributor PLX (-1.4%) retreated after gaining 2.1% on Wednesday.
