The VN-Index increased two tenths of a percent on Tuesday to close at 968.0 points. GAS (+3.3%) was the biggest contributor to the day’s gain as the price of Brent crude hit its highest mark in six months. PLX (+1.3%) also jumped.
* STB (+4.3%) surged on the back of its strong Q1 earnings that were released yesterday. For the second straight day, VNM (-2.0%) was the leading contributor among laggards. VIC (+1.0%) and VRE (+2.5%) rose, while fellow Vingroup subsidiary VHM (-1.1%)
