The VN-Index fell to a six-week low, closing below its 50-day moving average of 672. The index has dropped 2.5% since reaching an eight-and-a-half-year high two weeks ago and mid-term technical bias has fallen to neutral from bullish. The index's four largest companies (VNM, GAS, VCB, VIC), which account for 40.5% of total market capitalization, all fell, though all by 1.4% or less.
