The VN-Index closed down by four tenths of a percent on Tuesday as liquidity on HOSE reached a tepid level of USD170.6mn. Conglomerate VIC (-1.4%) sank to a three-week low and was the leading contributor to the day’s loss. In addition, Vingroup subsidiary VRE (-1.5%) declined for the second day in a row.
