Shares flat on reluctance. The markets closed mostly flat with mixed results as investors continue to have concerns over the macro economy. World indices are looking to pare the previous day’s gains as Italy’s T-bills indicate higher debt costs reflecting fears that the country may also face a debt crisis. As little supportive news came out of the National Assembly Q&A session, investors remained cautious. The VNI closed at 427.61 (-0.13%).
