The VN-Index slid two tenths of a percent on Thursday as it declined for the fourth straight session and sank to a three-week low. Banks were mixed for the day. CTG (-2.7%) and BID (-1.6%) were the top two contributors to the day’s loss. TCB (-2.7%) also
