PVS posted 2021 results with revenue and recurring NPAT-MI dropping 29.5% YoY and 8.7% YoY, respectively, due to fewer jobs for the M&C segment that did not feel the impact of rising oil prices as PVS only had work from two projects (Gallaf and Thi Vai LN
