We maintain a BUY rating on PC1 as we find its valuations attractive with a 2020F PER of 6.7x and PBR of 0.6x against our projected 2019-2024F EPS CAGR of 13% (increased from our previous forecast of 5%) on the back of a sizable wind power capacity expans
