- Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC (HNX: IDV) is an industrial park (IP) developer, managing four industrial parks in northern Vietnam with a total site area of 634 ha. 

- Industrial land rental is IDV’s primary source of revenue, accounting for 71% of total revenue in FY2023, followed by wastewater treatment services (21%) and IP management services (8%). 

- IDV forecasts NPAT to reach VND208bn in 2028G – equivalent to a CAGR of 6% in 2023-2028G.
