We believe PetroVietnam Gas (GAS) set rather conservative targets at its recent AGM, yet we think that FY14 will be another good year thanks to an increase in ASPs to power plants. We expect an EPS growth of 21% excluding XO, and 37% including XO and a dividend yield of 5.9%.
