We attended DXG’s annual general meeting (AGM) on April 19. Shareholders approved management’s 2024G guidance for revenue of VND3.9tn (USD156mn; +5% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND226bn (USD9.0mn; +31% YoY) — equivalent to 70% and 66% of our respective forecasts.
