DIG posted strong Q4 2021 results with net revenue of VND915bn (USD40mn; +47% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND818bn (USD35.6mn; +62% YoY) that were mainly supported by the handovers of the Nam Vinh Yen and Hau Giang land plots as well as the revaluation of the Dai Phuoc land bank. For full-year 2021, DIG achieved NPAT-MI of VND956bn (USD41.5mn; +34% YoY), fulfilling 105% of our forecast.
