We attended CII’s AGM on March 27, 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting only had ~24 participants. Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, CII held an abridged AGM with shareholders only approving two essential proposals: (1) ~125,000 new shares listed on H
